Frequently asked questions

Common questions about plant care visits in Aarhus

How often should I book watering visits?

Most apartment collections need a check every seven to ten days. We assess moisture, pot size and season at your first review and suggest a rhythm—weekly for thirsty plants near south windows, fortnightly for slower growers in shaded corners.

Do I need to be home during visits?

No. Many clients provide a key or door code. We arrive in agreed time windows, work quietly and leave a brief visit note by email or in a agreed spot.

What is included in a prune and clean session?

Leaf wiping with soft cloths, removal of yellowed or damaged foliage, light shape pruning, saucer cleaning and repositioning for even light. Deep repotting is quoted separately.

Can you care for plants while I am on holiday?

Yes. Holiday plant sitting starts at 890 kr for up to two weeks. We map each plant's needs before you leave and visit on a schedule that matches moisture requirements—not a single generic watering day.

Which areas of Aarhus do you cover?

Central Aarhus C, Latinerkvarteret, Trøjborg, Frederiksbjerg, Vesterbro and the waterfront. See our Areas page for detail. Addresses further out are considered case by case.

Do you sell plants or pots?

We focus on care, not retail. We can recommend local nurseries and help source saucers or supports during a visit if needed.

How do I start?

Send a message via our contact form or email [email protected] with your address area, plant count and any travel dates. We will suggest services and confirm pricing before the first visit.
