These Terms govern plant care services provided by Plantepleje Aarhus, Vestergade 48, 8000 Aarhus C, Denmark. By booking a service you agree to these Terms.
We provide indoor plant care including watering visits, prune-and-clean sessions, holiday plant sitting, home assessments and monthly care bundles as described on our Services and Pricing pages.
Prices are quoted in DKK and confirmed before the first visit. Payment is due according to the invoice terms stated at booking—typically within 14 days for single visits and monthly in advance for bundles. Late payment may pause scheduled visits.
Visits may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice without charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee equal to one watering visit (199 kr). Holiday sitting reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the pre-trip review may forfeit the deposit if one was requested.
Where you provide keys or access codes, you confirm authority to grant entry. Keys are stored securely and returned promptly when service ends. We are not liable for pre-existing access system faults.
We provide professional care based on visible condition and agreed notes. We cannot guarantee recovery from pre-existing disease, pest infestation or environmental factors outside our control (e.g. sudden heating failure). We will notify you promptly if a plant shows serious decline.
Our liability is limited to direct loss arising from negligence in performing agreed services, capped at the fees paid for the visit or month in which the incident occurred. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by Danish law.
We hold public liability insurance appropriate to home visit services. Details available on request.
Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes may be brought before the courts of Denmark. Consumers retain mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
