From first review to ongoing visits
A clear path from enquiry to steady plant care—no surprises on pricing or visit timing.
You contact us with your address area, plant count and any travel plans. We reply within one business day.
We visit your home or meet at the studio on Vestergade. We note light, pot sizes, species and current condition. Optional full assessment: 1.299 kr with written care plan.
You receive a suggested rhythm—watering visits, prune sessions or monthly bundle—and confirmed pricing in DKK before anything is booked.
We establish access, baseline each plant and complete the agreed care. A short summary is sent after every visit.
Visits continue on schedule. Adjustments are made seasonally—more frequent checks in summer heat, extra leaf cleaning when heating dries the air.
Before the first visit, gather nothing special—we bring cloths, trimmers and notes. Helpful details include recent repotting dates, fertiliser use and any plants that have struggled before.
